Tech City UK launches new free online courses for entrepreneurs
Tech City UK CEO, Gerard Grech, said: “With the digital technology
sector set to grow by 5.5% by 2020, Digital Business Academy’s enrolment
of 18,500 in 10 months demonstrates the continued appetite to build
businesses that power the UK digital economy.”
As well as working with UCL and the Cambridge Judge Business School
to create some of their other courses, Tech City UK has almost 50
industry partners, including Microsoft Ventures, Ogilvy and the BBC, and
says it can help learners secure opportunities within these companies.
Working with Tech City UK can also be a fast-track route into startup
loans and free co-working space, which is offered at various places
across the country on completion of certain Digital Business Academy courses.
